Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please note that cigars may require a resting period after transit. We recommend placing your cigars in a humidor at 65–70% relative humidity for at least 24–48 hours before smoking. Larga Noche is not responsible for any changes in condition resulting from improper storage after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at larganochecigars@gmail.com with a video of the unboxing. We will assess each case and, where applicable, offer a replacement for items with significant damage to the wrapper or incorrect orders.
We do not offer refunds for orders that have already been dispatched.
